TweetIt sure seems like it would be very beneficial to do some. I bought a video called "Yoga for Athletes" I did it once and it kicked my ass lol Maybe I will try a different video for beginners . If it keeps me injury and pain free, I am willing to do it.

TweetTried it with wife a medium level vids I hurts so bad the next day no work form me.
Tweetnever tried it myself. it looks pretty intense and could have some awesome application to athletics

TweetI do a lot of stretching that I guess is similar to yoga. There is no doubt I feel instantly better every single time I stretch myself out. I would like to master some yoga poses that target my most tight areas.
I thought about taking a class but , no, no way. Im not into group stuff like that
