Tweetguys i was just wondering what kind of workout regiment u guys are on during a cycle, iam a week into my fina,testenthat,eq cycle and iam in pain due to test and eq shots but the workout goes as this and please critique to what u would do or is this good enough.......
monday.. chest/bis
tuesday.. back/tris
wednesday.. off
thursday..legs/hams
friday..shoulders/traps
saturday.. off
sunday..off
guys how does your schedule look on cycle and should i do everything once a week like this or twice a week, i go hard and heavy on everything and i dont wanna overtrain so let me know what u guys do and think, lata

once a week is more than sufficient, nad that's a nice layout, but i like to isolate a muscle a day ...
monday: chest/tris
tuesday: back
wednesday: bis
thursday: shoulders/tris
friday: legs
saturday: off
sunday: off
TweetLooks like a good split. Dotn train 2x a week, steroids arent a magic pill that make you be able to train all the time, they amplify what you are already or should already be doing. The only difference in my split when off, is it turns to and 8 day split not a 7 day split, I add an extra day of total rest.

Tweetwell, you're already giving them secondary stimulation with chest/shoulder workout, so i just finish them off that way ...
i go light on them after the chest workout, and then i go to failure on the shoulder night ...

good way to look at it.... but i think you need to give a isolated mucle more than two full days of rest.... probally wrong but just my two cents
Tweetthat's pretty much true, but i give them 3 days rest between monday and thursday ..
the sets on monday are generally pretty low weight/high rep sets with minimal rest to get a great pump in before i leave, and i'll only do maybe 6-8 sets before leaving ... then thursday i hit them hard and heavy ...
TweetSeems a bit like magic to me. I used to limp for 5 days after training legs. But since being on, even though I have raised my weights considerably, my legs don't get sore *at all*. Not one bit. I've considered training legs twice per week because of this. I think I could train more often than the once per week I am currently doing. And I'm and old fart to boot.
