      I came home from the gym yesterday and saw one of my cats wasnt walking right so i took him to the vet and they found a tumor pressing on his spine. So they gave me this medicine to try but it doesnt look good. Kinda sucks because even with surgery he might never walk again. I dont know how im gonna react when they put him down this will be the first time i have had to do this. Hope its nice up there in cat heaven and i hope they got lots to eat because he never stops. We call him big sexy because all he does it eat and try to get laid

      That sucks bro, Its tough to have to put down a pet. Hopefully though the medicine will work and he'll get better.

      Try the meds first. Maybe he will turnaround. How expensive is the surgery if it were to be done? I know some vets are better then others, but im sure you've already got that together. I have a few cats and i know my wife would prob do anything to try to save them, but sometimes you have to weight out the pro and cons. Good luck CJ.

      ITS VERY HARD TO PUT DOWN A ANIMAL YOU HAVE LOVED FOR SO LONG.I AGREE WITH MICK GIVE THE MEDS SOME TIME TO WORK THE I WOULD EVEN GO SEE ANOTHER DOC.

      Many years ago we used the same doc to repair the cats broken leg with a surgery that costed 2,000 dollars. I think this surgery would be more and the doc said he might not ever walk right again. Kinda sucks. Thanx everyone for your support

      Good luck bro! I have 2 cats myself and I know I'll cry like a girl for weeks when they go. You get so attached to them and their personalities. I say the best thing is do what you can, but when he passes buy another one.
      I bet your cat would rather have you buy a new one when he passes rather than have you suffer from his loss.

      Funny thing is you think your hardcore then something like this happens and you feel like a girl scout. He is just sitting there lookin up at me with this face and all i can think about is how these are his last days

      Make the best of those days. Give him tons of attention. Ain't no shame in having a bond. Make his last days his best days. It will make it that much easier for him, and no regrets for you. and don't forget to make sure you have some pics of the things he does that make you laugh. Those will be gold later!
