TweetNow that's not me in the pic but the Leg press I used is . Now I know its not a big thing for 1000LB 3 times weight leg press but for me and 50 and my old knees . I never ever thought I would be able to do that kind of weight because I stopped squatting years years years ago and when I did legs I just would do leg curls hamstring curls calves that's it. A year ago I started the leg press and the other day I did it. It held 9 plates on each side then on top 2 more on each side plus a 5lb on each side. Another goal I set out to do.I know I wont be able to keep going heavy but for now let me enjoy it lol. Now that's the good thing the bad thing my legs have grown so much OMG baby1 hates it.I was nervous when I stopped EQ after a very long time on it but for healrth reasons I had to stop and I kinda wanted to keep my strength so Ill gove where credit is due to Guns01. He told me switch to mast prop so now I do 600 mast prop and 600 prop every week and my strength has even increased and I'm healthier. maxresdefault.jpg

TweetI think that is awesome! 1000lbs is nothing to sneeze at. I stopped squatting almost 17 yrs ago. I love the leg press it is one of my favorites. Finding the plates I need poses a problem. Then everyone looks at me cause I just took all the weights in that section of the gym.
