I was reading an interview with Kara Bohigian (the hottest female powerlifter on the planet!) and she mentioned a quote that I thought most of you would like.

"Some people go their entire lives without finding anything that they really love doing. Lifting makes me feel alive. After a good workout or meet, I just feel like I have really done something great. It feels great to be bigger and stronger than 99% of the people you run into, it feels great knowing your doing something that few have the guts to do or better yet be part of something that you know is so special and unique that you actually feel sorry for those poor shlubs that don't know about it or aren't part of it. I agree that you need some balance in your life, something that I have often neglected, but weight training is the one thing I have found that I still love after twenty years [I have been in and out of EVERYTHING else you can think of] and still feel exactly the same way about it today as the first time I lifted and that's something very special."
