Tweetwhen this topic of gun control is brought up people immediately bring hollywood and video game industries into the topic like they want to put a restriction on them from producing anything that reflects gun violence. how is tightening the grip on gun violence in these 2 industries going to make this topic improve our future safety when they both have made a lot of it already? would they quit making the expendables and call of duty's for the future generations? whats going to stop the future generations from accessing the rambo's and grand theft autos that have already been made?
i think any attempts at restricting gun violence in these 2 industry's would be almost futile, which makes the argument of bringing them into this topic of gun control pointless.
i mean shit if we are going to bring hollywood and video games into this discussion why not bring in publishers who are printing books with the same material.
