TweetSo I have been crazy busy.
My schedule:
Wake up at 4:15 get ready for work eat breakfast, pack gym clothes, etc
6:00 start work
2:45 either go home or work 2 more hours
3:30 or 5:30 gym. Work out for 2 hours
7:30 Stop by Xtreme Nutrition and check on everything.
8:30 Home, grill some food watch t.v. while eating
9:30 Hopefully in bed
So you get the picture... Crazy. Did I mention me and the wife work the store on the weekends.
So I am good but haven't had time to post up here. I have been growing. I got up to 212lbs. But I had 4 weeks till beach time so i started cutting. I am down to 199 in 3.25 weeks . My goal was 200 by the 24th.
Is anyone here headed to Florida Panama City Beachg area for Memorial Day Weekend?

TweetI got below 200 so I was happy. Now got to get back after it... Eating crappy and drinking every day takes it's toll. My goal this year is 220 and 8% body fat...
