I should have the results from the blood testing in 2-3 weeks max according to them. I did the marek health $450 dollar test it has everything I should need to look at and more and it was a fasted test.

What are my options here? Should I increase calories and then start lifting too? That was my game plan anyway. Cardio in the AM lifting in the evening after a few meals and I was going to increase the calories as the work load increased. I didn't think my metabolism should crash out so quickly.
tech if you are only eating maint and actually training semi hard you will drop weight for a while with a metabolism that is firing normally. i saw that you were hitting 10k steps and being sub 2k cals and not dropping weight at all. that is a huge red flag that more likely than not your crashed out pretty hard. shitty thing is you will have to go into a surplus of 300 or more cals for a while while training hard and doing cardio to build it back up. hell i have seen both men and women that have had to go into a surplus of almost 1k cals for almost 6 months before they could start trickling back down. the time frame is usually when and how long you have pushed it into the ground. it happens to women more than men and takes ladies a lot longer to bounce back so that is always a plus.

me personally i would go into a 3-400 cal surplus do 30mins of hard fasted cardio and train in the afternoon while trying to hit 10k steps total for the day counting cardio. that lab you pulled is pretty substantial and should show damn near everything under the sun. actually more than what we really need to see but it damn sure covers everything.

dont be surprised to see the scale start to climb but dont stress the weight. go off the mirror and how you feel. also get that glucose meter and start tracking your glucose fasted and 2-3 hours post meals. once you are in a good range then you should be able to start slowly lowering cals and increasing cardio. add in some dyhedro berberrine if your glucsoe is running high and that should help speed up the process a little bit

Not what I would like to hear but certainly much better news that I was expecting. Thank you so much guns I feel so much better now.

I will recalculate my calories and go into a surplus and just train hard and continue my cardio.

Is there a monitor that you recommend? I looked on amazon last night and there's a ton of them with great reviews but also a lot of people are saying they are inconstant or inaccurate.

So I'm 6'1" 275lbs and fat as shit.

According to the calculators online my base MBR is about 2,200 cals per day (this is where I made the mistake and cut my calories based on this number not my TDEE number, so the drop was way to drastic. Rookie mistake, lesson learned).

      According to this calculator online:

Basal Metabolic Rate 2,256 calories per day
      Sedentary 2,707 calories per day
Light Exercise 3,102 calories per day
Moderate Exercise 3,497 calories per day
Heavy Exercise 3,892 calories per day
      Athlete 4,286 calories per day

Any suggestions on where I should shoot for calories wise? 3,500? I will do 10k steps per day for cardio with as much of that fasted in the morning as possible + whatever I do normally steps wise throughout the day and I will add in daily weight lifting now too.

I just started primo 125mg per week and test e 250mg per week yesterday. Subq daily shots.

Now with this bomb shell I'm considering switching to test e, tren e, test e combo subq daily? Maybe I can add on enough muscle to help ramp up the metabolism and slowly start swapping fat for muscle or is that stupid thinking too?

i use a contour one touch. it has an app that you put on your phone to keep averages etc.... honestly as long as you are consistent it is going to be pretty accurate. i need to get one of the one's that does your a1c as well but both the tests and the monitors are expensive as shit. good stuff to keep track of though

i would go between 2700-3k to start with and see what weight does after a week or so. if it doesnt move up or down then i would increase it again. you should see a small increase in weight until it levels off then ride that for a while then you can start pulling it down again once your metabolism has reset. that's when you start pulling them back down again.

as for compounds, it really doesnt matter what you run in reality they are all pretty much going to increase muscle which in turn will help you burn fat. i would prob keep the tren for when you get a little leaner. more inclined to go with test mast primo for a little estro control and not harsh. think of it as playing cards. first start with adding in cardio, when that stops working, then drop cals a little, when that stops then you can either add in a fat burner or even increase cardio etc..... you want to have options to prevent stalling and increasing cardio and cutting cals are the ones you want to hold off on as long as possible

After checking my levels fasted in the morning i did 30 minutes of fasted cardio in a sauna suit.

      then I ate breakfast
      3 whole eggs
      1 cup egg whites
      1 packet of grits
1 English muffin with 1 serving of honey
      1 sparkling water
      1 strike force energy packet
1 half lemon squeezed into water

      Finished breakfast around 9:20am

took my blood again at 11:30 - 2 hours later and my number was 90.

I'm new to this but I believe these are good numbers?

your fasted is a little high and would be optimal at 80-85 but your post meal is great and your processing glucose well. do those tests a few times a day to get a good base line of your post meal numbers just to see how you are doing.

I'm honestly shocked its not lower with all the cycles and dumb shit ive done.

I started 250ish mg per week of test E and 125mg per week of primo per week the day after the blood test so its been 1 week of that so far. I'm doing daily subq injections of both.

Yesterday was also my first say of semgaglutide. Also doing daily subq injections of that instead of one giant dose per week.

alright man, i am not going to freak you out or anything but with your lipids being jacked up and you didnt put the numbers in, your c reactive being high and your apd b also being high. this is not a good sign for heart health at all. now i am not saying you are going to fall over dead from a heart attack but that apo b is a key indicator that you may have heart issues going on. idk if you have insurance or good insurance or not but if you do i would try to get into a cardiologist and get a echo, nuclear stress test and maybe even a ct scan with contrast. that way you can see if you have any blockages what your calcium score is and that it is doing what it is supposed to be doing. if you dont have great insurance or any at all their is a company called craft body scan that is doing a huge promotion this month for 99 bucks that will do a full heart and lung scan for both you and your spouse. i just went with my wife last week and had mine done so she could get her's for 99 bucks and not have to go through the cardiologist. i have done all the above tests as well as an annual echo just to make sure i am all good. i had a pretty bad scare a couple years ago and thought i was having a heart attack but it was my guts and they did up all that stuff for me and since i have a family history of issues i am able to do it yearly now. what blew my mind was that i had a zero calcium score and all my stuff was completely clear even after all the crap i have pushed over the years and nasty shit i have breathed and been exposed to in the military. i did have to wear a holter monitor this year because i was getting some random racing and pounding but it came back pretty much clear. i had a couple incidents but they were short and very small.

like i said take a look into getting checked out man. jump on gama e from life extension nattokinease and a good quality fish oil asap. i use morphogen nutritions omega that is both fish oil and nattokinease. i have it on a damn subscription service. those will thin out your blood protect your heart and improve your hdl. i am sure i will think of other stuff later since i have carb depleted brains right now.

your thyroid also looks a little low also

Good to know. I will need to get in the habit of checking this more often to figure out where I'm sitting regularly.

shit man, most docs in my area wont script you unless you are sub 200 and endos damn sure wont here. doesnt matter if you feel like shit and your dick dont work, they still consider you to be in the normal range above 200. damn ass clowns. then again my doc that is a rock star told me that most insurance wont cover it if it isnt below 200 on two panels in a row. so you have that too
