    What is the most preferred muscle relaxant to use if you're in pain or have a tight muscle. Lets say it was a sports related soreness in the lower back from jumping around alot.

      no expert in this area but i find valium does a nice job of relaxing my back in particular.

        OK, I can't stress how WELL Relofen works. It comes in 500mg increments and you take two a day. It gets rid of extreme muscle pain and is the best med for this type of pain, at least from my experience.

          Relefan is a muscle relaxer and pain med n one....thats what they gave me after I tore my acl....

                    i used to take a half of skelaxan before a workout and it felt like someone greased all my joints!! i lifted twice as much!!

                      I found Ultracet worked quite well when I had my infection. And then there's good ol' ibprufen@600mg, but some say it hinders gains.

                          2,000mg's of Test, 1,000mg's of Deca, 100mg's of Dbol = wonderful muscle relaxant

                            I don't like em much but soma's are strong but short halflife.
                            Flexeral is a different type for different condition one skeletal others muscles.
