Need quick advice --- possibly goining to get arrested

This is the problem. I live in an apartment and need to have some repairs done. My GF was at home yet had went to mailbox. In that few minutes the repair two guys came to my apartment. Estimated time that the two were inside is less than 10 minutes. They had went into the room were I have certain items are at. Not in plain view but could be seen by pulling open the drawer. 100 amps 5 vials and some tabs. My GF came back and was pissed. She was asking them for there ID's when the repair guys cell rang and it was 911 police.. Not sure if he had called on purpose or if the phone had magicaly dialed 911. My GF overheared the cop say that he had heared what was said for about 10minutes..??

I've cleaned house. And I know to keep my mouth shut so does the GF. I can handle the cop game. I can also get a good lawyer- if needed.

What I'd like to know for sure is can anybody thats not a cop call and report somebody and that alone result in a search of the house?

I'm clean and my apartment is clean. I don't sell. In fact due to some major injuries I don't even look like a meathead anymore.

I'm really pissed about the whole deal. The asshole repair guys were saying things to my wife like "you've got some nice things" " is that your ***** car" they also noticed one of my guns and were talking about that. I'm really pissed because I bet they thought that I sell.

I could be going overboard. But its better to be safe and smart than fucked and stupid.

they can call in all they want but unless the cops find the stuff I don't think he can do anything but get a search warrant look and they'd probably keep an eye on you for awhile and if I was you I'd hit those repair men in the cock sucker

You have absolutely nothing to worry about. Nothing at all. No one can just call the police and say that so and so has steroids in their home...and then bam...the police can search your house. Otherwise...they'd be flooded with prank phone calls from god knows who and they'd be searching 100 houses a day.

I really don't quite understand everything that happened....it's kind of hard to understand and sounds really weird.

You don't have to worry about a thing. You can get your juice back in your home. But if you're still worried....wait as long as you feel comfortable. I'm just trying to help put your mind at ease You've got nothing to worry about.

It sounds as though these repair guys were "casing" your house. I'd be more worried that they'll tell some people to ROB you as opposed to the cops showing up. I guess the lesson to be learned by all here is to hide things such as guns and gear in SAFE, WELL HIDDEN places.

Then again, you don't expect people to be snooping through your drawers! I bet it makes you WANT to kick their asses!

Not to put it bad for anyone but ....the repair men could call the cops and if they came right then you could get in trouble....but you have nothing to worry about now....your fine....but I wouldn't keep in the house for quite a while....

My thoughts about the casing deal.

I'm really pissed that my apartment gave the keys to the guys and allowed them to come in without anyone from the staff apartment or myself.

change the lock on ur door and tell the building management to fuk off (since they are incompetent to check themselves who they are letting in), find out who those "repair" pricks were and get them charged with tresspassing (even cops would need a search warrant to go through ur shit).... and maybe get an alarm system installed.. just in case they were checking the place out to see if it's worth robbing or not..... (exactly same thing happened to a friend of my dad... he thinks it was the janitor tho... he kept coming almost every day for a week "repairing" shit all over the place.. then the week after someone robbed his place... the door was unlocked (not broken in), a whole bunch of electronic eqipment was missing, as well as his shotgun)

I'd clean your house, and then call the repair people's boss. Tell their boss it looks like they were going through your stuff and a watch is missing. Tell the Boss they entered the House with no permission from you and you drawers and closet were opened and that a watch is missing. See what happens. Later you can say you found the watch, it will get them reprimanded. Scumbags

they were probably a couple morons just lookin for something to steal next time you are out. and by the way take it from someone who was been there. i spent 10 years inside because a guy got busted and narc'd on me. he had never been in my house but knew my business through others. all the cops have to have is someone to swear he went in your house and saw drugs. when they popped me they tried to get me to do the same thing. they told me just give us 3 houses and we will raid them and you go free. i kept my mouth shut and did 10 flat in fed. i know of others also that have narc'd out people after they got busted and they had not even been in those houses either. one house the cops didn't find anything but the guy who pointed the finger didn't even get in trouble for supplying them false info. they just made him give up someone else before they cut him a deal.
just be aware that the laws are changing nowadays. the police have much more authority then people think they do when concerning felony drug activity.
