    Ingredient Profile 9.5/10 The profile is great. It is fully disclosed, and clinical doses. Not much else to say.

    Mixability: 9.5/10 No problems at all, and no noticeable settling. I mixed it with 8 ounces of water and no after taste like a lot of others pre's.

    Focus/Energy 9.5/10 Focus and energy was great. One scoop provides a nice dose of stimulants and no crash what so ever.


    Over All 9.5/10 I did notice amazing pumps, energy, and no crash. If you are looking for a pre to add to your arsenal, Total War is amazing and I def recommend it.

        I am currently using Total War every 3rd day or so. Pretty good pre workout overall.
