Biceps and tri's I like to do just about everything for bi's and tri's and then go sneak in the bathroom and take my shirt off and check out nhow pumped my beast arms are,lol..I always wear a shirt covering my whole upper body.No one knows how good I look under my shirt,lol until summer comes then they have to catch me at the beach or on my bike but ill still wear a shirt bcovering everything.its just something ive done my whole life in the gym.massive gains in strength in my biceps

yesterday was shoulders.I do a few shoulder machine. and then add plates to them because the weight they have isnt heavy,lot of shoulder lateral,front,side,rear,upright rows.ill show ya a few pics of the machines.once im done with the machines I go to dumbelss and do it all over but only do 3 sets of 25 each

the first one to the left I do sides and fronts and I even turn my body around and face the other way for side laterals,2nd machine self explain but I add 6 plates to that machine.I went to the hardware store and had them cut a pin for me..I forgot my rear machine it looks almost like this one but its different and again I add weight to it

Did arms yesterday and in every single exercise I did I had gains.Im a guy who likes to do alot of exercises for each body part.not necessary do alot of sets but again something that good on the market for men is a good thinbg if there trying to get bigger and stronger

I did chest today and I never do it right after a arm day but I was feeling good.So today was another record day.I always start off on ibcline smith machine did my warm ups and put on 455 4 plates on each side and a quarter.Did it for 2 reps that a record for me.then went to flat bench warm up 135-225 right after that jumped to 405 did it 10 reps.I havent done 10 reps in a very long time and I have the beastdrol to contribute to that.I know if I added 50-60 more pounds I know with my sling shot I could of done 460 for 1 rep.finsihed off with cables cross overs for chest then did a chest machine and I was a beast,lol

ive got a week left and Im so happy with this product it really works.I gained strength in all areas of lifting and that was my goal.very impressed and will do this product again.

I did my biceps yesterday had a rough night was sick.I start off with a couple of machines first.The one machine with the handles on the side the weighted plates are in the back and I add 6 plates to it,then I do the next 2 machines then I go to dumbell hammers.warm up with dumbell 25lb x 10 50 x 10 80 x 8 then back down.The 1 arm dumbell curls I tend to do reps there 25-35-45-55-65 x 10 im done there.then stand up curls for the girls.by that time my bi's are pumped and had it.If there not Ill do one more exercise
