TweetJust looked him up. He looks amazing!
TweetJust saw Hadi might be doing the upcoming Arnold. The last update pic I saw of him looked insane! I guess that would be a good move. Coming in 2nd at the Olympia, then going on to win the Arnold. Assuming he wins.
Tweethis condition is always untouchable for the most part. i hate the guys dont compete more often nowadyas but for some it can hurt them peaking more often. we will see but it is kind of strange to see the 2d place guy jumping into the arnold after winning the o last year.

TweetI'm thinking the same thing. It'll be funny if he wins. Basically winning the Olympia, then coming 2nd the next year, but winning the Arnold right after. Reminds me of when Gunter beat Ronnie way back in 2002 after Ronnie just won the O. That's the great thing with bodybuilding lol. All comes down to that one moment.

Tweetman, i am not a genetic freak at all by any stretch but i can tell you holding condition and peaking more than one time is brutal. hell just nailing one peak is hard enough. the guys that are good seem to have it ironed out. ronnie only missed one though haha

TweetSo true. It's impressive how some guys can compete multiple times relatively close together. Peaking like that has to be brutal.
Tweeti have seen videos of aceto and other coaches talking about how delicate it is to fill out pull water then add it back in and pull it back out again. back to back weekly is the worse. brings the old grand prix shows they did after the o in the 90s. the amount of duretics those guys had to have used had to be insane. then again they also competed a lot during the year as well.
